We had a great stay with our two children. Very well equipped and clean accommodation. Close to the ramparts, shop next door and parking space.

This was the perfect spot for our family! It was clean, charming, spacious and well positioned for visiting the Normandy beaches and sites. The owners live next door and are helpful - they even left a welcome bottle of cider for us. The furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable, including a number of baby and toddler-friendly items (installed baby gate, pack and play, etc). The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese each morning. It is close to Bayeaux for shopping / dining and is well-equipped for anything you might need on your journey.

A big thank you to Maxime and Noémie for our stay! Clear instructions, a very clean house and faithful to the photos, equipment for our 14-month-old baby at the rendezvous, recommendations on restaurants and activities nearby and even a personalized note about the fridge! villa Denise is a beautiful house that only needs to accommodate young and old. The beautiful spaces of this house allow everyone to find their place. The proximity to the center and the beach is very comfortable. Magali is flexible, responsive and her directions are specific. don't hesitate!

The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! Comfortable apartment as described. Private parking. Sea access on foot. Very sunny balcony with nice views not overlooked on the gardens. Comfort bedding and cleanliness ok. Lovely market on Tuesdays and Fridays at a 10 min walk.

The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.
