Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Salle de bain avec douche , WC indépendant. A l étage, 1 chambre avec lit double 140x190, 1 chambre avec 2 lits 90x190 et lit bébé, 1 mezzanine avec canapé lit 140x190. WC et lavabo indépendant. Cour 160 m2 entièrement clos, salon de jardin, transats.

Charmante maison à Saint-Trojan

La maison est située plein centre de Saint-Trojan, à deux pas de toutes commodités. Nous l'avons baptisée "La Ribambelle". La belle digue de Saint-Trojan est à 5 mn à pieds, la première plage à 10 mn à pieds, et l'une des plus jolies plages de l'Île d'Oléron - Gatseau- est à 10 mn en voiture. Pour des vacances en famille ou entres amis, vous y trouverez tout le confort que nous avons pris soin d'y mettre pour que vous y passiez des vacances agréables, remplies de douceur de vivre.

Authentique petite maison oléronaise (35 m2) entièrement rénovée située sur notre propriété, très calme dans le bourg historique de Saint-Georges. Entrée indépendante, garage à vélos, terrasse privative et jardinet. Les plus belles plages de l’île à moins de 2 km, proche des pistes cyclables commerces et restaurants à proximité (200 m), marché quotidien en saison. Lit fait à l’arrivée, linge de toilette et de maison fourni. Poêle à bois, bois à disposition. Prêt de deux vélos.

Quiet, west coast of the island, surrounded by an enclosed garden of 2000 m2 with heated swimming pool from 1/04 to 1/11 of 9x4 meters, table tennis and trampoline, this house is ideal for a family stay on the island of Oléron. The villa of 250m² can accommodate up to 8 beds. An additional bed is possible on the second floor of the house. Sheets and towels included. Beds made on arrival. Rental contract provided.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Entre Mer et Forêt - 300m de la plage

Maison Oléronaise d’environ 95m² sur un grand terrain boisé à quelques pas de la plage et de la forêt domaniale de Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. La maison est située dans la station balnéaire classé de Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. Elle se trouve à 300m de la plage du soleil et à une dizaine de mètres de la forêt domaniale où vous trouverez un arrêt du petit train de Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains. Le centre-ville est à 10min en vélo.
