Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

Thanks Irina for the hospitality and we love the apartment ! It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

Anthony provided great instructions for checking in and the bus routes. He answered questions very quickly. We enjoyed our stay in Nice!

We loved staying at Adrien’s place! He provided all the baby items we needed and was able to offer us recommendations for photographers and things to do! It was a short walk from the beach and felt very safe.

Walide’s place was perfect for a 3 day trip exploring Nice and the French Riviera! Everything was as described and the studio was in the perfect location - literally a minute walk to the beach and promenade, 5 min walk to old Nice, 15 min walk to the train station. Amenities such as the air conditioner and washing machine were really useful during our stay. Walide was a super communicative and accommodating host. Thanks!

This is a great place to spend your vacation! Great view; near the beach, supermarket and tram stop.

We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures do it justice but we also found the Airbnb to be even prettier in person. Greg was extra responsive when the fan in the bathroom started making a louder noise and came same day to remove it and the next day to replace it - all without disturbing our experience in the slightest. We felt right at home and enjoyed having both the kitchen and patio to have breakfast. The location was extremely walkable and felt like an ideal spot to be. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Mickael was a brilliant host, house is in a beautiful place and is peaceful and private. Mickael gave brilliant suggestions on what to do in the local areas.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, peaceful corner of Vieux Nice. If you don’t mind a bit of a steep walk up, this is the best. Quiet garden with fruit trees and exotic flowers. You won’t find a better spot in Vieux Nice. Ghislaine is a super-responsive host. Get it if it is available!

Luciano is very helpful and attentive, the location is excellent close to most things ,the port and old town.Also has train station near by and supermarkets. The room clean and tidy with a lovely outdoor sitting area. All in all I give it 10 out of 10

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.
