In the city centre, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes walk) from the city center of La Bourboule, it offers you the possibility to park easily thanks to the large parking lot of the residence. Shops nearby. Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
