The cottage we offer, located in the heart of the Vallée de la Rance and Côte d'Emeraude Nature Park, is a former stable/barn, renovated in 2023, with a surface area of 70 m² over two floors and adjoining our home. It has all modern comforts, is very well insulated and gets a lot of sunlight thanks to 3 Velux windows on the first floor, facing south. It is in the centre of the village, close to shops and restaurants.
