Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Samson-de-la-Roque

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 am, Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was well beyond our expectations! Everything was conducive to relaxation, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping street, Seine quays… Was perfect. A gem! Absolutely fantastic! The apartment is so beautiful, cool decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciate the little things like salt, pepper and oil to cook something. We enjoyed people watching on the street below as the sun set :) Couldn't be more perfectly located, with the park behind and a short skip to all the restaurants and harbour. Yet so quiet even though we were central. Penny is wonderful and welcomed us with apple juice and cherries, plus lots of local recommendations. She even kindly booked a table at a local restaurant for us when we struggled! A great experience in a wonderful place.

David was able to welcome us warmly by helping us to settle in comfortably and to ensure that we lacked nothing. He was available and invested in all our requests and we thank him very much. The apartment is spacious, very bright, very quiet with a magnificent unobstructed view of the sea. It is about 10 minutes walk from the beach of Criqueboeuf but it is advisable to have a car (or a bike) to move from town to town for more convenience. The villa has a common terrace with sea views where you can relax or have an aperitif, which is very enjoyable. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time staying here. We were two adults and four teenagers, and the home was comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk to the restaurants in Trouville, either through the backstreets or along the beach. And the view amazing! The only thing I’d suggest is bringing a portable speaker, as there isn’t one in the house. It was the perfect weekend escape. Alain welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond to any questions. Impeccable accommodation and faithful to the description. A means of locomotion is required to go to the city center, beach...Communication has always been fluid with Alban whether for check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend this accommodation;

Very well located accommodation in the city centre. Accessible to all amenities. The only downside is that parking is paid all around. You'll have to walk for at least 10 minutes with the suitcases, hoping it doesn't rain, if you want to leave the car for free for several days.

Very nice house, nice and spacious. ideal for family gatherings. The neighborhood is very quiet, the bedding is good and the place is very well equipped and clean. The veranda brings a plus and allows you to enjoy the exteriors when the temperatures are a little cool.

We wanted a place that was outside of a town center. And that is actually what we got. This is an absolutely lovely cottage in the middle of fields. It is a 7min drive to the town of pont l eveque. Here you can find different restaurants, a bakery, butcher and a big supermarket. The cottage has anything you might need, airconditioning in the living room and second bedroom (accessible via the first bedroom) A well stocked kitchen (cutlery, juice press, coffee machine, big fridge and freezer, pots and pans etc.). A big garden, space to park your car. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but communication with the host was perfect, she was nice and very responsive. Loved this place!!! This is a perfect location for a getaway.

Very cozy and quiet house. We felt very comfortable. The conservatory and fenced in garden were perfect. Our dog had a lot of fun :-) Everything was super clean and the decor is very pretty. Laura was very kind. We recommend the place and would love to come again.

Carol was an absolutely amazing host and her house was without a doubt our favourite place we have ever been to! She has great taste so the house is decorated beautifully whilst being lovely and homely. The setting is perfect with lovely food within walking distance but also easily accessible to towns with great restaurants. There was a lovely, quiet forest walk nearby and the garden was nice and secure for our dog. From the beginning Carol was super helpful and friendly and gave us some great recommendations. She helped make our stay the best it could be and was the perfect host. We cannot thank her enough for having us stay in her beautiful house and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a stunning home and setting.

Superb apartment, perfectly located between the port and the beach, all the shops downstairs from the residence. Sunset views! Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, we highly recommend it.

Ideally located apartment, away from the noise of the city. In 10/15 minutes you can be in the centre of Deauville, the beach, the ferry to Trouville, the shops! Perfect hostess, attentive to holidaymakers, with attentions in the welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful brand new apartment.
