Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Independent studio located on the ground floor of the owners' villa. Independent entrance, fully equipped, with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space, refurbished. Free parking Breakfast included Bikers and vintage vehicles are welcome. In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
