This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come to sleep for 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the room. Parking space is available. The house is very bright with large windows open to the terrace and garden. We live in the 2nd house located on the property. Located in the village of Bazoches sur Guyonne, 35 kilometers from Paris. Many activities nearby: golf, horseback riding, hiking (direct access GR 11 from the property).

A stay with us guarantees a peaceful break in the countryside. A pleasant setting with a swimming pool (open from July 1st to September 15th only), a terrace, and a large garden full of surprises. We are on the edge of a forest offering many walking opportunities. The accommodation is located on our property, where our house is also located. The accommodation is fully independent. It has its own entrance and exit. It is not shared with other guests.
