The accommodation is very nice and bright. Quiet, it is tastefully and warmly decorated. I felt very good there. Very responsive hosts and clear instructions. However, I would have appreciated a little more personalised messages to find the Airbnb spirit of exchanges and sharing that make me use this site.

In an extremely quiet subdivision, Benoît and Sandrine offer a small house with an individual (and independent) entrance. A small terrace with no neighbours opposite to enjoy the beautiful days! Inside, clean, there is everything you need. Great value for money.

Martine and Pierre's place is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island allowing walks with children. Easy access to relay parking to get to Nantes by public transport! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have kind attention to guests!

We loved staying in Alexandrine’s guest house! So much love was put into the space, which is felt in every detail. She curated books for our child and equipped us with everything we needed during our stay. We were warmly welcomed by Alexandrine and her children and received some very helpful recommendations for a trip to the beach. We’d always stay here again if we come back to the area. Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite a loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 1st floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

The listing was as described and well equipped, including the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. I recommend it! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around from the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not great especially in the living room.

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Pleasant stay in Cécile's apartment Easy access from the train station (10 min walk max.), in a quiet residential area - close to the city centre and main amenities. Ideal for a short stay in Nantes! A big thank you to Cécile who also allowed us to enter the premises well before the scheduled arrival time - as we were there in the morning. A nice gesture! I recommend it!

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed car park. I would this property.

Excellent week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation on our arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in! Quiet place, close to everything + a swimming pool for a very reasonable price. Thank you Nadette! ☺️
