We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Jürg and Simone were great hosts. We had chosen the studio because our new apartment was not yet ready to move into and had a nice time in Malans. The TV chair was especially great and convenient. The garden is great with the beautiful palm trees because you feel like you are on vacation! We highly recommend the place. Thanks again to Jürg and Simone!

The area in which the apartment is located is also a feast for the eyes. We felt very comfortable and would come back again. The view was absolutely stunning, and Nicole was incredibly helpful—she gave us great local tips and even arranged gondola tickets for us as a gift. Funky peaceful flat

Such a lovely place, in a peaceful area despite being just a few minutes walk from the train station. All we could hear were the birds singing and we had a lovely view from all the windows. It was lovely to see the trees and the alps in the background. The ‘winter garden’ is a great place to end the day with a glass or two of wine. There are so many good restaurants right on the doorstep and Lidl or Manor Foods are both just a short walk away if you want to cook for yourself. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you need. Susan was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our luggage while we explored the area. We were also able to wash our clothes while there which was a bonus as we were travelling across Europe with minimal luggge! If you’re a runner, there’s a lovely route that takes you along the river and through some trail/woodland which we would highly recommend. We would definitely come back to this beautiful place. Visiting from the U.S., this place was a gem that placed my family of four right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by alpine pastures, slightly above the town of Davos this place combines quiet luxury and comfort with convenience. The place is kept with lots of love and care, and I know my young kids made lifelong memories here. The host is extremely attentive and helped with many recommendations throughout our stay. Thank you!
