Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Saint Paul de Vence

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Superb accommodation, the hosts are as superb as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it is very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. Listing as described. A magnificent view that allows you to fully enjoy the terrace. Equipment available: parasol, beach chairs. Nespresso is very popular for a good coffee in the morning for breakfast on the terrace! Everything about it is excellent Thank you for the welcome, availability and advice. We will be back!

You honestly cannot beat this location. 30 minute walk to Antibes, 10 minute train to Cannes and a 2 minute walk to a spectacular beach. The apartment was clean and the AC was very nice to come home to after a long day in the sun. Stefania was extremely responsive and we had to problems checking in!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
