Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

This recent wooden detached house, on the edge of the forest, is both a refuge in nature and a place to enjoy an active holiday or business trips to Sophia Antipolis 10 minutes away. A beach is a 20 min drive, the city of Cannes 30 min to the village of Valbonne 7 min (animated by its shops, restaurants, bars and market). For hikes and visits to medieval villages the location of the chalet allows you to fully enjoy the region.

Minimalist, with simple comfort, conducive to calm, relaxation and to disconnect, our small chalet of 40 m2 including 20 on the mezzanine ( attention sloping roof, miller's staircase) is installed on the same grounds as our house, 3km from the village of Biot, halfway between Nice and Cannes. No smoking inside No WiFI or TV Outdoor toilets (replaced dry toilets) Reversible A/C Relaxation and sound modeling upon request.

Outside, you will have a relaxing area under a beautiful olive tree.

Disconnection assured! It often takes a little time to accept this immersion in nature, but then the charm works, time slows down and relaxation is there, in a quiet environment. My place is close to the Estéron River to cool off in summer. The entire house was built with materials that respect the environment and the health of its occupants. Your stay at the "Bois du Vegay" will remain a very beautiful memory.

A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
