Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer

We were hosted very well by Myriam. His professionalism and good humour allowed us to start our stay in the best conditions! The accommodation is consistent with the photos and very well equipped. Its location is also ideal for many walks on the coastal trail. Recommended without hesitation! 😎

We spent a few days in the accommodation offered by Nolwenn and one thing is for sure, we will be back! The studio is very well located. It is close to various small villages and the first beaches are not too far away, but it remains in a fairly remote corner to enjoy the calm offered by the surrounding nature. There are beautiful walks and many visits to make in the region. To return to the studio, it is perfectly furnished and equipped. Its terrace offers a beautiful advantage to enjoy its meals and evenings in the open air. Finally, Nolwenn was a very pleasant host, smiling, available, responsive and gave good advice. Thanks again for your great welcome!

Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea view in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends. Located close to the seaside, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, we loved the wild and peaceful environment. The house is very well equipped, each bedroom has a bathroom and a toilet, there are three large sleeping areas. We stayed with three small children and the accommodation was perfectly suitable and safe for them. We loved staying for the weekend, we will come back with great pleasure!

Functional accommodation. It is close to the centre and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect ☺️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in the accommodation👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to you both 🌞

Communication with Marie and the concierge is perfect. Arrival and departure are flexible. The accommodation has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The final cleaning is included, royal. Ideally located facing the ocean with the Cordouan lighthouse in a postcard view across the bay. The street is very lively, with a lot of traffic but the garden and the hedge are isolated, and the door frames are of quality, and it's so easy to park in the driveway! lots of good restaurants nearby and a bakery, access to the beach of Grande Côte 10 min walk, happiness!

We had a great stay in this pleasant, clean and very well maintained apartment. When we arrived, the accommodation was perfectly clean, well ventilated and it smelled very good. The place is easy to access, secure and easy to find. The location is ideal, with many activities nearby: beach, zoo, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small downside: the environment can sometimes be a little noisy depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and well-located stay!

We had a lovely time in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. The apartment is on the street, but it is a great starting point for swimming, restaurants and beautiful excursions in the area. We spent a lovely week in Saint Palais sur mer. Francoise’s apartment was in a fantastic location, so near everything we needed. The view was amazing. Parking super easy on the street. The kitchen had all the amenities. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

Very good stay, very useful bikes, close to everything and very quiet. Olivier is very kind and flexible, which is very nice.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also of excellent quality! Excellent stay in St Palais at Thibaut's, magnificent sea view from all rooms, beach accessible in 1 minute! All the necessary equipment was available. Communication with the concierge was perfect and very smooth. We are happy to recommend this apartment for a peaceful stay with your feet in the water!

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive so that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I highly recommend it. Great location, the sea a few metres away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas's. The accommodation is very spacious and a private outdoor area is available. Very well located, it is easy to reach the bike paths along the ocean. Nicolas has always been responsive and available to answer our questions! We can only recommend this place.
