Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Spacious, bright and very comfortable house with a simple but very pleasant decoration. In addition, well located with the beach 10 minutes' walk and the center of St Georges 30 minutes away. We were three couples of friends and we are all delighted with our stay. Thanks to our hosts

Laetitia is a very friendly and responsive host. Clean house, convenient for groups (near Rancho for partygoers😊). Residential area, nice unheated pool but with a dome that keeps the heat well despite everything.

Lovely place and great hosts

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday at Flavien’s place. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed - all as described. Flavien’s family were very welcoming and so helpful during our stay. We definitely hope to come back!

Equipment for a family weekend. Perfect. The pool, billiards, etc. great for entertaining everyone

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Janick gave us very good addresses for visits and restaurants. We highly recommend this host. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you.

We had an excellent stay in Carole and Gilles' house for this long weekend. A nice house, pleasant and in which you feel good. Modern furniture and decoration. Located in a quiet area, we really enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space that offers a very nice and well-equipped terrace. We highly recommend the latter. Thank you for the little touches on our arrival, we will be happy to come back.

Welcoming and very responsive host. Beautiful house overlooking the sea, the location is good, right between the two beaches of St-Palais. We had a lovely stay, I highly recommend it! 🌞

The house is modern, yet cozy. The garden is very beautiful, the flowers all smell wonderful. The kitchen was also well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi. We felt very comfortable and welcome for a short stay of two nights with our small children and dog. Many new houses are being built in the area. Therefore, sometimes some construction noise could be heard, but it was no longer audible with the windows closed. Great value for money and nice landlords. We highly recommend the place.

Very nice house, well arranged and well located (downtown is quickly accessible by bike or car). Nothing is missing in terms of amenities and the heated pool is a real plus. We had a great vacation there, and we have very good memories of it. The concierge "La loge d'Alexa" was very professional. She answered all our questions, even last-minute ones. She gave us very good recommendations (bike rental, surfing lessons, family activities, etc.). She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times, and we thank her. We'll be happy to go back for a successful stay!

We were 2 couples of friends + our children at Isabelle's. The house is very well equipped and functional, perfectly clean (recently refurbished) and very convenient with children with its fully fenced garden. Isabelle is a very pleasant and clear host, booking was easy to make. The location is nice, in a suburban area very close to the beach of the Saint-Palais-sur-Mer office. Recommended!

Everything was almost perfect. The house is very nice and compliant with the photos. Communication with Anthony was very smooth and pleasant. The only downside is the bedding, which is not up to standard in some rooms. The sofa bed, for example, is extremely uncomfortable. Apart from this black spot, we had a very good stay.

We had a great stay in this very nice accommodation, ideally located close to Nauzan beach. The place is quiet and the small outdoor area is perfect for relaxing — our dog felt at home there! A big thank you to our host for his welcome and the little touches on our arrival, especially the delicious shortbread. We'll be happy to go back!
