Very comfortable villa, spacious, very nice bathroom, all comforts and very well equipped, nothing is missing. Very well located: beach, restaurants, shops within walking distance while being in a quiet and pleasant area. Excellent communication with Audrey who is very accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! very functional accommodation and very conveniently located! it was ideal, no need to take the car to the beach! and close to everything! We were able to go to Royan, Palmyra Zoo, Fouras, La Rochelle! There is really much to do in the area!

Delighted with our stay and accommodation when we arrived. Easy access, very complete information in a welcome book to explain how the amenities worked. We quickly turned on a fire when we arrived that quickly heated the space what happiness! The house is so well equipped for cooking (it's rare in a rental). Enclosed garden for our great dog… Easily accessible… beach, supermarket. We took the car to go down to the beach but because we had my mom who is old. I highly recommend and hope to return to Saint Palais. Thanks Fabienne and Gregor.

Functional and pleasant accommodation, in line with the photos and descriptions. Great location, beaches and shops on foot. Lots of walks nearby. We had a lovely stay at this house.

The only small downside is the lack of communication about the additional cost to be paid beyond 4 people (€10/night/ person). We were 6 people. Also the fact that the sheets are paying ( so you have to bring home your own) is a fairly negative and unusual point on Airbnb. Overall we are very satisfied with this rather spacious accommodation, very well located, refurbished. Very good communication with our host Sophie. We hope to be able to return during our future stays in this beautiful region. I recommend it.

Excellent address about ten minutes' walk from the city center and St Palais beach. Very nice welcome and impeccable accommodation: clean, spacious, well-equipped and very quiet. We were on the ground floor with terrace and garden, really perfect!

I wanted an ideal place to celebrate my husband's birthday just as much as both, it's done because this place is perfect, welcoming, practical but in addition very beautiful, I love it❤️❤️❤️❤️ and in addition, little cherry on the cake, super nice private terrace where we were able to enjoy the little sunbathing sessions and small aperitif moments, the dream ❤️ a huge thank you to Eric for letting us enjoy his places, thank you for his kindness and patience in front of a blonde like me 😁 more seriously, go enjoy this pleasant place and in addition and I will end with that , everything is done on foot, everything is nearby and that's the best. We spent 2 very pleasant weeks with our 4-year-old daughter. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable, the covered terrace is very nice. The indoor pool is a real plus. The residence is close to all amenities and especially the market. We could have gone mostly by bike. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful weekend at this listing. The sun was not at the rendezvous but thanks to the many activities possible in Thierry's accommodation we had incredible days and evenings! The person who takes care of check-in and checkout is very responsive and flexible for schedules. The house is clean, functional and exactly matches the description. You can go to this rental without a second thought, you will not regret your choice.

We spent a week in mid-July with family (2 adults 2 small children) in this little house in Port des Barques. The house is true to the photos, well equipped with an enclosed garden ideal for children. The house is well located in the city center of Port des Barques. The bakery and children's games are all within walking distance. Be careful though, the beach (with water reserve) is accessible rather by bike, difficult to walk there. Bikes available in the accommodation. The coastline is flat, it is an oyster farming area so no beaches where swimming is possible nearby except the one with the water reserve 5-10min by bike. Otherwise possibility to get to Fouras 30min by car. Quiet, relaxing stay and beautiful discovery of a region that we did not know!
