25 m2 air-conditioned studio on the ground floor, a 10-minute walk to the city center and 3 minutes to the banks of the Seine. It will seduce you with its mezzanine. It is 17 minutes from the Rouen Exhibition Center, 25 minutes from the Kindarena, and 16 minutes from Biotropica. At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (spaces are not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire). For security, a camera is located in the outdoor lobby.

Bien situé pour visiter à la fois les côtes du débarquement et les plages normandes. Côté loisirs, vous disposez de deux vélos, d'un terrain de pétanque et baby foot . Possibilité d’avoir du matériel pour bébé sur demande.
