At the end of the street, Place du Champ de Foire, the F9 bus line will take you to Rouen. Free street parking (spaces are not always available) and free parking at the end of the street (Champ de Foire). For security, a camera is located in the outdoor lobby.

The estate includes a private plot of 7000 m2 where the cottage and the owner's house are located, with independent access to a one-hectare meadow, a 5000 m2 wood, and 5000 m2 of cultivated agricultural land.
