Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. Come and relax in this quiet studio 7 kilometers from Vannes train station. The studio is about 18 m2 and the entrance is through the veranda of the house. You enter a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob) also with a washing machine. Then there is a bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet and next to it, the bedroom which has a double bed and a wardrobe. There is no TV but you can have the wifi connection of the house.
