Lovely 70 m² house overlooking the sea. Perfect for a couple's getaway (or for 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed) Facing the sea and 200 metres from the shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal walking trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

Venez découvrir les charmes du golfe du Morbihan en famille ou entre amis (6 personnes max.) dans un coin de nature donnant sur la plage, avec vue imprenable sur les îles du golfe. La maison est près de Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, vous pourrez faire du bateau, du shopping, des restos et de la marche (sentiers des douaniers), etc. Super marché U à 3 km et petits commerces.

Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.
