Here you will enjoy spectacular South-facing mountain views and stunning hikes from the front door in search of steinbok and marmot. Located at 1100m, the property is nestled above the charming (non-resort) mountain village of Birgisch. It’s easily accessible - just 15 minutes direct by bus from Brig train station (and the town’s many restaurants, bars and activities), and 15 minutes to the nearest ski runs.

Wake up in history! By stepping through the doors of this chalet built in 1764, you’ll experience the unique blend of culture and vacation living. Everything is designed to help you discover the way of life in an Alpine valley before 1950: objects, informative panels, photos, projections, and more. We hope you’ll learn a lot about this fascinating aspect of Swiss culture and history. This chalet is also ideally located in the heart of Valais, making it easy to explore its valleys, and towns.

Grosses Studio / Big one room apartement

We, a family with a child, dog, cats and horses, rent a cozy studio on the ground floor of our house in ST NIKLAUS (NOT LOCATED IN ZERMATT!!!) Check in from 3 pm!! Private entrance on the ground floor of the house, incl. Parking and garden patio - Rural surroundings. In winter, we recommend only bringing 4WD cars due to the snow!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station (up & downhill - way direction see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION!! No Smoking!

Cozy house in Grächen (2 apartments)

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful Valais mountains and is very quiet. It can accommodate up to 11 people. Spread over 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. Additional costs: Tourist tax: 3.80 per day per person (children 1.90) The free garage & parking are not directly on the property and are about 200 meters away. For handling goods, you can drive to the property via a slightly steeper paved road (in winter depending on the snow conditions)

Chalet Julia with sauna

Traditional Chalet Julia! A bus station is almost right in front of the house and you can get to the great ski and hiking area of Saas- Grund ( recommended !!!) Saas-Fee or further like Grächen or Zermatt. Attractions such as the Brigerbad thermal bath are also easily accessible. Italy 35 km. The Chalet has an infrared sauna in a second bathroom in the basement. Washer with dryer, a fondue & raclette set, TV & fast internet. Free parking place. Linen included

Chalet Riedegg - sauna & hot tub with alpine views

Chalet Riedegg is a unique holiday home located on a sunny plateau at 1,450 m in the Matter Valley, surrounded by nature, stunning views, and farm animals. 3 other chalets are located nearby. The chalet features an indoor fireplace, as well as a private sunny terrace with a wooden hot tub with bubbles and a Finnish outdoor barrel sauna, both for the exclusive and private use of guests staying at Chalet Riedegg only and not shared with anybody.

Cozily furnished guest room with a shared balcony and fantastic mountain views. “Starting point of the famous Europaweg (Grächen–Zermatt) The room has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. This is located directly on the same floor, just steps from the room, and is used exclusively by the guests of this room. Our rooms are clean and equipped with comfortable beds – perfect for relaxing after an active day.

Our vacation home has all the amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and free parking, and is located just a few meters from the cross-country ski trail and the Schilthorn cable car. The house has no central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
