Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. You will appreciate this apartment for the view, location, private access to the beach, secure parking, quiet, decoration, books and because everything has been recently renovated (August 2016).
