Monthly Rentals in Saint Michaels

We had a lovely stay, was great to be so near to the centre of the town with its many amenities, and not noisy at all. Communication was great, friendly and prompt, The house was very clean and better than the photos. For future visitors it may be advisable to download the RingGo app for the parking before you go, if you dont already have it, as the parking meter was broken when we arrived and we were a while trying to download it. Great little house!

Little Cartref was perfect for exploring this part of Kent and East Sussex. It was comfortable, well equipped and quiet and close to Tenterden with its Waitrose and Tesco shops. The enclosed private garden was a particular benefit as we were lucky to have really good weather, so could sit outside in the evening. Sarah and Simon were lovely - very friendly and helpful but didn’t intrude. There are many places to visit in the area, including many gardens, so we had a wonderful few days away. Thank you, Sarah and Simon.

We had the most wonderful stay at Alice and Alan's cozy cowshed! The space was incredibly warm and inviting, providing a perfect retreat for both of us. Alice and Alan were exceptional hosts, always available to offer assistance and making sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to use their beautiful garden, which was such a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was when Alice and Alan kindly offered to drop us into town, saving us the hassle of getting a taxi. They also gave us great recommendations for cabs to get home later on. The stay was extremely nice, and we absolutely loved every moment. We would 100% go back and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

Jackie is the perfect host, excellent communication from before we arrived until after we left. Accommodation was just like the photos. It was so cosy and welcoming and immaculately clean. Little extra touches of rolls, jams, milk, tea,coffee and biscuits were very thoughtful. Lovely peaceful area and very private. We will be back later in the year to enjoy the lovely patio area with a tea or glass of wine. No ducks on the pond this time but we did see the horses.
