Peaceful Country Treehouse Nr Penzance & St Ives

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. The seafront, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are 5 minutes on foot. St Micheals mount, St. Ives, Newlyn, Mousehole and great surf spots are close by.

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.
