Monthly Rentals in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles

Yannick & Anissa’s place is spacious, very clean and modern. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. The aircon in each bedroom would be great in summer. It is very comfortable with a homely feel. There are lovely walks in the woodlands nearby. We would’ve liked to stay longer and try the local restaurants. Anissa communicated promptly and was very accommodating to our requests which made our travel much easier. We would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks very much.

Perfect accommodation for us who were looking for a quiet accommodation after the working days. Clean, functional and very good bedding. Everything was perfect. Saint-Médard's restaurants are 10-15 minutes' walk away, so it's also convenient. Thank you for hosting us!

We spent 10 very pleasant days in the Christina villa. Didier and his wife are perfect hosts who do not skimp on the amount of sheets and towels available, among other things... The cottage is well equipped, well decorated and very clean. It has a fairly large mezzanine in which there is a very comfortable 160 cm bed as well as a large closet. This mezzanine is accessible by a perfectly secure but a little steep staircase. This detail could possibly be a handicap for people a little old or a little clumsy... but neither husband (82 years old) nor I (81 years old) had any problems! Just go down with clarity and slowly... In short, apart from this small remark, I can only recommend this rental. Françoise

Great place at Hugo's, very responsive and his parents are welcoming, I recommend it! The accommodation is nice, clean and well-equipped. Had a nice stay. We can hear the road from the room but it didn't bother me more than that.
