With a glass-walled opening onto the mountains and no overlooking neighbours, unwind in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the unspoilt, wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing… there are plenty of activities away from the big tourist resorts, but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little).
