Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Situés au calme, à la campagne, les gîtes "Le Champ Bourdon" vous accueillent avec sa piscine chauffée et couverte, fermée du 12-11-2025 au 10-02-2026 . A 10 minutes de l'A84, vous pourrez visiter de merveilleux sites comme le Mont St Michel, les plages du débarquement, la cité de la mer à Cherbourg, des zoos, le viaduc de la Souleuvre avec son saut à l'élastique et bien d'autres. Vous pourrez également vous promener en forêt, au bord du lac de la Dathée et son golf de 18 trous .

Formerly a baronial residence, this recently renovated house is waiting for you. Dating back to the 18th century, this house was well known throughout the village, and even today, many locals remember spending time there. The renovation focused on highlighting natural materials (wood, stone) while adding a modern touch. Strategically located halfway between Mont Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches, we will be delighted to provide you with advice during your stay.

The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
