We propose a little loft with 3 beds ( 5 guests is possible ). Warning , two beds in "mezzanine".. Kitchen and shower , all well equipped. Our entirely refurbished apartment is located in the heart of a beautiful medieval village, known for its breathtaking view of the French Riviera that guests can enjoy from our balcony, natural parks and friendly locals. Only 20 minutes from Monaco and 35 from Nice, it is the perfect compromise between the buzzing coast and quiet mountain holidays. Active people will fall in love with its many walking paths and world famous Road Cycling and Mountain Biking trails.

Fully equipped studio located on the 1st floor, free parking at the foot of the residence. You will find a sofa bed 180*190 cm and also a bunk bed 70*190 cm. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. - Abundant storage The bathroom is completely renovated with a bathtub and towel dryer. Separate toilet. The loggia allows you to enjoy the outdoors with views of the mountains.

Logout assured! It often takes a little time to accept this immersion in nature, but then the charm takes effect, time slows down and relaxation is there, in a quiet environment. My accommodation is close to the Estéron river to cool off in the summer. The entire house was built with materials that respect the environment and the health of its occupants. Your stay at the "Bois du Vegay" will remain a very beautiful memory.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a residential area in absolute calm with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
