Perfect welcome! Clean, functional accommodation, nothing is missing. Good bedding. The terrace decorated with the old bougainvillea in bloom with incredible scents is a plus. Wim and Véro are extremely kind. Very nice stay.

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Apartment ideally located for resort activities. View of the mountain and the winter peep peep. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Claire kindly left a small welcome pack that was greatly appreciated by all. We enjoyed the absolutely complete equipment as at home and the availability of the ski room, which is very useful for storing luggage, skis and bikes. For your information, the snack bar below is now a bread drop-off point, which was not the case last summer. Thank you, we'll be back with pleasure.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb and beautiful view of Monaco! Matthieu and team ensured we were well taken care of during our stay and communication was fantastic! He gives a local guide to all guests and guests can also use uber app to get into Monaco (only in France side). Wonderful amenities and all like the photos! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Don’t hesitate

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

We had a great time at Oscar's. We were greeted with smile and kindness by himself and his little family. The house is splendid and functional . The rooms are very large. Having 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 inside the same as the kitchen allowed us to live with our toddlers without disturbing the rest of the family with our morning schedules. Kind of like an apartment in the house . The pool and exteriors are more than pleasant. The house is just as much for a family trip like ours ( 11 people ) , as for a stay with friends , The restaurants in the area are delicious . Oscar is also very good advice. Ideal location for cyclists, both for the road ( hilly ) and for the mountain bike that allowed us to visit this beautiful region and its panoramas. We were not lucky with the weather but that didn't stop us from having a great stay . Thank you

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Superb quiet place with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Even better than the photos, everything has been refurbished and extremely well-equipped house. The bedding is really nice. We are very resourceful after our stay and will surely be back.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Great stay at Ahmad and Hiba's who welcomed us warmly. The location of the apartment is perfect for enjoying Colmiane and the surroundings. The apartment is very well equipped with many cooking accessories, board games, and all the comforts to have a good time. Thanks again for hosting us!

Thank you for offering us a pleasant stay at this beautiful palace. We enjoyed the very quiet garden of the residence. The location 10 minutes from the bus station and the sncf station was very appreciated. The only downside for the elderly is the tiring climb to reach the apartment from the center.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.
