Welcome to the Antre de Kergoff, We offer a single-story house located in the heart of central Brittany, at the foot of Lake Guerlédan, in the Côtes d'Armor. Ideally located at the crossroads of the Breton departments of Côtes d'Armor, Morbihan and Finistère. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. Studio in the center of Quintin

In the very center of the small town of Quintinaise. Enjoy a stylish experience with a bird's-eye view of the pond. Completely renovated in 2023, you will find in this bright studio all the useful accessories for a pleasant stay. Between land and sea, you are located 20 minutes from the bay of Saint-Brieuc. The Space: Accessible through a key box, check-in times will be flexible. This cozy studio includes: a 140 cm bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Corlay: small house

Small comfortable house in the center of Corlay, completely renovated, close to the pond renowned for fishing, 2 km walk or jog, playground, fitness area, city park, tennis court... Close to essential shops, supermarkets, bars (PMU), tobacco press, restaurants, bank, post office, florist, hairdressers, doctors... within walking distance. 2 minutes from Corlay Racecourse. 10 min from Lake Guerlédan.

Rézé - Gîtes de Botplançon, Pays de Guerlédan

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

Le Moulin du Guer

The accommodation is located in an 18th century mill in central Brittany at the crossroads between Rennes, Vannes, Saint Brieuc and Brest. It is close to Lac de Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and Canal de Nantes à Brest.
