We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Logement neuf entièrement équipé, terrasse couverte prolongeant sur un extérieur ombragé (salon de jardin, hamac, jeux pour enfants), terrain de pétanque avec sa piscine(ouverture mi-avril). Idéalement situé pour les activités comme les randonnées, le trail, le VTT, le canoë etc... 3 min(1,3km) du centre village, 4 min de Sauze (arrivée descente des gorges de l'Ardèche), proche de la grotte Chauvet, pont d'Arc, pont du Gard, etc.. 45 min d'Avignon(festival), Nîmes(Arène), 1h30 de la mer.

Situé au cœur du village. Grace à cet emplacement vous pourrez profiter de la plage et des commerces à pieds. Dans une propriété composée de 4 gîtes identiques disposant chacun de sa terrasse privée ainsi que d’une place de parking gratuite et sécurisée, les gîtes disposent également d’une piscine commune, d’une cuisine d’été commune et d’un jacuzzi commun. Pour l’ensemble des gîtes, un service de bagagerie sera à disposition. Les draps et le ménage sont inclus dans la location.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. In addition, pets are allowed. Open year-round!!
