Vous séjournerez pour vos loisirs (ou à titre professionnel) dans une aile du bâtiment, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

House in the countryside

The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

Country stay with all amenities

We suggest you stay in the village of Le Cellier close to shops and transport in a cottage renovated in 2012 and decorated with diverted objects and furniture. This accommodation has a living room with a BZ for sleeping and kitchen on the ground floor, a private courtyard, a courtyard (bikes, linen...). Upstairs you will find a bedroom (bed 160), the bathroom and toilet. Many walks on the banks of the Loire, flows..., different events and visits are on the agenda.

A green setting on the outskirts of Nantes

On a 2000 m² wooded plot with a body of water, close to all shops. 50 m² house, + 25 m² terrace with 3 very comfortable beds. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed. A single bed on mezzanine. On the ground floor, a sofa bed that can make 1 bed, kitchen area open to living room of 25 m2. All comforts/kitchen, microwave, TV, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine/bathroom

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available. Following the recommendations of travelers, we have added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbours. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.

Former fishing village located along the Loire 10 minutes from the city center of Nantes by river shuttle.... (7 km from the airport, 4 km from the train station, very close to the ring road). You'll taste the amazing charm of its maze of alleys with colorful houses, restaurants and bistros by the Loire. Completely renovated in 2016... Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with 1 child + crib on request).

New and bright 20 m2 studio. Ideally located in a village 20 minutes from Nantes, 10 minutes from Clisson and 1 hour from Puy du Fou The studio is comfortable, fully furnished and equipped: double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchenette, shower room and separate toilet. Guests can enjoy a terrace overlooking the vineyard and a private parking space for your vehicle. A gas barbecue is also available Breakfast is included in the price

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with a garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen-size bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.
