This accommodation has a living room with a BZ for sleeping and kitchen on the ground floor, a private courtyard, a courtyard (bikes, linen...). Upstairs you will find a bedroom (bed 160), the bathroom and toilet. Many walks on the banks of the Loire, flows..., different events and visits are on the agenda.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available. Following the recommendations of travelers, we have added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbours. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.
