We welcome you to our family home on the banks of the Erdre, one of the most beautiful rivers in France. You will stay for your leisure (or professionally) in a wing of the building, in an exceptional setting. We will be happy to share with you the history of this beautiful Folie Nantaise, located at the gates of Sucé-sur-Erdre (the town center is 300 meters away) and yet nestled in a setting of wild nature with its wooded park of 2 hectares and private access to the Erdre.

Relax in this carefully eco-renovated 19th-century former farmhouse, by the Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and close to Nantes. A 90 m² maisonette with a large living room, an open-plan kitchen and two large bedrooms, located in the heart of the market garden farm in a quiet, wooded setting. Close proximity to the center of Treillières and 10min from the Tram. The farm has another 3-bedroom cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

Parking and a bicycle shelter are available.
