Charming independent stone house, 50 m from the beach. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs, so the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Each room is equipped with a radiator (except the toilet on the ground floor). Fireplace (insert), outdoor friendly space with garden furniture and gas bbq. On the 2nd floor with elevator, 50 m away from the beach, the apartment with balcony has been renovated in 2016 and all the windows have been changed in 2019. Sea view from all the rooms. The kitchen is modern and functional (dishwasher, microwave oven... ). The bedding is new. Toilets is separated from the bathroom.
