Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Mandé

Excellent apartment! Good transport accessibility, metro station is 7 minutes walk away. The area is pretty nice and quiet, there are also shops and restaurants nearby. The owner is very responsive, check-in and check-out were very quick and convenient. The apartment is very new, clean, the interior is nice, Wi-Fi is very good. in the apartment you can find everything you need for comfortable living!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is a 5 min walk from metros that will take you to all the tourists attractions. There is also plenty of supermarkets and local bakeries within walking distance to get groceries. The apartment has everything you could need and very comfortable beds. Lucas was very helpful. We had an issue on the 2nd morning with the electricity supply tripping and going off because we had put too many appliances on at the same time This was resolved after contacting Lucas and finding out we had to push in a grey button on a panel in the wall in the bedroom. The only thing I would say is that it would have been helpful to know that that could happen and we wouldn't have used too many appliances at once and if there was a note somewhere in the apartment of how to fix it. Everything else was perfect though, I would definitely stay again and recommend it 😊.

I highly recommend Mathéo’s place. The Airbnb experience was really professional and Mathéo was reallyhelpful during my stay. The area is really charming with a close by coffee bar, boulangeries, fresh market etc. There is also a great and beautiful park nearby that is perfect to start the day with a walk or running. Downtown Paris is close by, it took me a 22 minutes bike ride to get to Bastille easily but metro M8 is also really convenient option to reach the city. Oh and from the bedroom window you can even see the Eiffel tower :)

Spacious and peaceful home. The host's tips on restaurants are also excellent. Worth the price. Metro stop nearby allows easy movement.

The apartment is very nice, spacious for a studio. It is very quiet since, despite being on the ground floor, it is on the courtyard side. We really like the neighbourhood and it very close to the Daumesnil metro.

The apartment is quiet, good mattress, everything works. We did not have any problems during our stay. Very convenient location of the apartment, close to public transport. Easy to get to both the center of Paris and Disneyland

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. Our stay in Paris was fantastic, the location was beautiful and easy to walk to the train and local attractions. Erwan's house is very quaint and we loved the open kitchen/dining room/living room for family breakfasts, the combination of bedrooms also worked well for our family group. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Paris getaway destination!

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
