Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Magne-de-Castillon

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

Valerie is a thoughtful host, everything was perfect the house, the outdoor spaces, and even the neighbors😁. In short, a very pleasant stay in a pretty area. Thanks again to Valerie. David & Virginia

Wonderfully beautiful house, very clean and very cozy. For us, the 2 nd time we were there. Very nice, wonderful to relax. Delicious outdoor space where you can eat and enjoy the jacuzzi. Very friendly owners. We will definitely go back. Enjoy.

The house was in a perfect location, it was quiet but close to everything. It was clean and well equipped. Marine was super responsive and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Clos Castaing. Kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing on the Dordogne. Cycling and visiting local vineyards and St Emilion. The house is full of character, spacious and a perfect, tranquil base.

Very nice stay. Sébastien is attentive, responsive and available. Listening and considerate. Pleasant to find some touches (fresh water, orange juice, jam...) for the breakfast to come. Hoping to come again next year!

We stayed three days with Jean Noel and Fabienne, we were welcomed by Jean Noel who is incredibly kind and wise. He explained everything to us for our stay (the best places to go, etc.). The accommodation is impeccable, made with great care, you feel at home, everything is adjusted and thought out perfectly! The Jacuzzi is great! The laundry smells very good! We needed a quiet place to recharge in nature, it was an exceptional time! I thank Jean Noel for his real estate advice that opened our eyes! Jean Noel has a soothing energy that perfectly reflects the location of the chalet. We'll be back soon!

The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery and birds. It is independent of Christian and Christine's house located just behind. The house is very well equipped and comfortable inside and outside (garden furniture, deckchair, petanque court, etc.). We were warmly welcomed and Christian's advice was invaluable. We took advantage of the tranquility of the place and made many visits and walks in the surroundings. In short, a very pleasant stay and beautiful encounters.

We had a great stay at the Tilleuls house. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which was nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is great for dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket on arrival. Special memories made here. For those who love complete all but from the birds, views that are jaw-dropping, and accommodations simple but charming, this is for you. Be sure to bring your own kitchen stuff (plates , utensils, etc) but no cooking can take place other than with the use of the microwave. A wonderful host, who took the time to welcome us and explain where we were, and what we were looking at, made it all the more special. Thank you so much!

We had a great couple of weeks here. It proved an ideal location from which to explore the Périgord Vert. A very peaceful spot with a secure garden for our dog and walks nearby. The facilities in the cottage were excellent and as described and we really appreciated the bottle of wine and home made cake on arrival. The pool was very relaxing and comfortable and easily warm enough to swim in late May. There is an (excellent) boulangerie in the nearest village which is walkable and supermarkets for provisions in Brantôme. Several nearby towns had markets. Suzy and Steve (and Alfie) were lovely hosts and we fully recommend it. It was exactly what we wanted.

It was a pleasant stay and close to Bordeaux and even closer to cute towns along the river like Blaye. Lots to see and many wineries nearby as well! The accommodation is exactly as described and well worth it for the price.

Dominique and Francois really did their utmost to make me happy. Always available...never intrusive and very helpful and friendly. Also a quiet sweet dog (Django) The garden is beautiful and the cottage comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good shower...great bed, complete kitchen. Easy access to the river with the possibility of mooring your own boat at one of the jetties. In short....I had a TOP holiday and have already booked again. An enchanted break at the cabin by the pond! We had a great time close to nature. A warm welcome from Sara, with excellent sourdough bread. Access is simple and quick to this cocoon of greenery. The cabin is soft and full of charm. We were able to enjoy it under the sun, but also snuggling in it during a stormy evening, it was great and so cozy, the cabin is very well insulated; but if needed, the stove was already ready to heat this cozy place (we didn't need it.). We felt at home there. There are many nooks and crannies to enjoy this peaceful retreat, observe nature and adopt a peaceful way of life. We strongly recommend this place and its charming hostess. Thanks for creating this place.

Great place to stay all our party love the chateau

Philippe is a very welcoming and very pleasant host. The house is particularly beautiful and well maintained. The setting is superb! The views are breathtaking. The accommodation is very well arranged and very clean. Nothing is missing, generosity is felt. Comfort and quality are waiting for you. The presence of Kiwi is a real pleasure for cat lovers. 😉

Our stay at the venue was absolutely perfect! The location was peaceful and serene, and the amenities were spot-on. We couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone visiting Saint-Émilion. Pascal and Mathieu were incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The donkeys were adorable too — we think one of them should definitely be named Pedro!

Anne's place was a fantastic place for a weekend away with a large group of friends. The house is spacious, the kitchen very well equipped (including two fridges and a separate freezer) and the facilities for entertainment were excellent. Anne was very welcoming, responsive and relaxed about us staying up late (due to the lack of neighbours around). Would thoroughly recommend!

We had a great stay at Chantal's. The accommodation is functional and ideally located. Chantal is discreet and gave us good recommendations.

Our stay at Laurent's house was lovely. Everything was at our disposal - large peaceful garden, heated pool, equipped kitchen, large living room and comfortable rooms. Very good communication with Laurent who was available should there be anything we needed. The house is located in a very quiet location, and offered us a lot of comfort for our family and baby.
