You will stay in a small 30 m² house without an outside area but only a 3-minute walk to the beach, 9 minutes to the thalasso and 13 minutes to downtown Dinard on foot. In Saint-Enogat, you will find all the shops you need for your stay.

Easy parking, free on the street 140x190 bed, bathroom, kitchen (stovetop, ovens, permanent filter coffee makers, and Senseo ), kettle, hairdryer, wifi, radio, TV. - 50 m2 TERRACE overlooking the Grande Plage. - 45 m2 2-room apartment, FEET IN THE WATER. Private PARKING right in front of the terrace. Everything within walking distance (shops, tennis, mini-golf, yacht club, restaurants...). - SHEETS and TOWELS: provided. - RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES: the apartment must be returned in good condition: the garbage cans and fridge must be emptied and the dishes put away. - CLEANING NOT INCLUDED: Cleaning option = 45 euros.
