Monthly Rentals in Saint Kilda West

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It came with a well equipped kitchen with initial basic essentials provided (tea, coffee, etc) - ideal after a long journey. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. In addition there is a washer and dryer available - no need to take as many clothes next time. We hired a car, so a parking space was essential, and was provided in the basement. Fantastic location on the promenade with additional beaches located to the east of St. Kilda. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest tram stops are within 300m of the property giving easy access to the city. The trams are regular and we didn't see any delays or cancellations. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely check on its availability. Thanks Jen Regards John

This was my second time staying here because it is such great accommodation with everything need for a comfortable stay. A beautiful, clean and homely unit in a great location between St Kilda beach and Albert Park lake. A short walk to the restaurants and attractions of St Kilda, and a quick tram ride into the city. Melissa is a wonderful host, friendly and always helpful. I'm looking forward to staying here again 😊
