You will enjoy a view of the mountains , in a relaxing green setting. Located in the Champsaur Valley, all mountain activities (walking, canyoning , downhill mountain biking, zip line, skiing) are possible😀. This hamlet is 30 minutes from the ski resort of Orcieres Merlette, 15 minutes from that of St Léger les melezes. And 40 km from the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. You can also discover the fauna , mountain flora and culinary specialties of the Champsaur. Mountain house situated at 1450m altitude, in an isolated hamlet 3.5 km from Pont du Fossé. 60 m2 apartment at the foot of the slopes: toboggan run 30 m away and 1st ski lift 10 m from the exit of the ski lockers! Quiet north side with panoramic mountain views. 2nd and top floor with elevator. 2 bedrooms: one with double bed (160 x 200), one with bunk beds + one single bed. A living room with a large sofa bed (140 x 200 bed + mattress topper available) and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen: dishwasher, stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker... Wide choice of hikes.

Charming refurbished studio with beautiful modern amenities. Located in downtown Gap, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

Studio for 2 to 4 people
For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte
The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Gite in the heart of the village of Ancelle
Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle, our cottage is set up on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). With a surface area of 40 m2, it is arranged for 4 people. It is attached to our dwelling house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and old larches.

Sheep, cats, chickens will be your closest neighbors, in a new 100m2 apartment built in the old farmhouse barn.

Mountain Chalet
I rent the upper part of my chalet (self and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 bed) on the garden level and another (140 bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without a microwave or dishwasher.
