The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new house in a quiet neighbourhood, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to provide you with some tips and recommendations. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Here, peace and quiet will be your friends! The accommodation consists of different spaces on two levels with 2 bedrooms, a bright living/dining room, two bathrooms, 2 toilets and an equipped kitchen. Free parking space 150 m away and walking distance. Free shuttle nearby.

Apartment, center of the village.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Completely renovated, this 45 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the village of Pont du Fossé, close to all shops and services. Shops open all year round: grocery store, bakery, bars, restaurants, tobacco, press etc… The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, open to the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
