Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Interior décor inspired by the Japanese style brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

It is a peaceful place in the heart of nature and at the foot of the mountains, to relax, to hike to the lakes, to ski, to discover the Grésivaudan valley. The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a second bed is possible with the sofa bed if you prefer to sleep in front of the stove or if there are four of you. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and ecological dry toilet.

This house can offer a relaxing stay for the whole family. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, toilet and shower room. An equipped terrace is at your disposal. It is located on the balcony of Belledonne, between the spa resorts of Uriage and Allevard but also between the ski resorts of Chamrousse and 7 Laux. It is about 20 minutes from ST Micro and SOITEC, 30 minutes from Grenoble and 45 minutes from Chambéry
