Beachfront holiday rental in Saint-Jean-le-Thomas

I've been to a lot of Airbnbs, but Dominique's apartment at the old port of Granville was great. Perfect location and parking space in front of the door. After arriving the next morning, she brought a baguette and fresh croissants. Bottle of cider on arrival. In the apartment, everything was really present, if you want to cook you lack nothing. South-facing location with the sun all day. Good restaurants next door, but still everything is very quiet in the apartment. Except for the seagulls that loudly announce the arrival of the fishing boats, but that was also the great charm for us.

Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A very nice view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility of then doing everything on foot and accessing the shopping street in 10 minutes' walk. Friendly stay. Host accommodating for the departure time in low season. A small point to note is that the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We appreciated the bouquet of fresh flowers on arrival.

Beautiful bnb, I think my favorite ever! Extremely cozy and homey, great nice details, nice layout. The cottage is divided over three floors with narrow stairs. Quiet neighborhood, free parking, within walking distance of the city center (hilly). Animal friendly, which was very nice. Good communication with the host; very friendly. Highly recommended!

Responsive host during the various questions that were asked. The accommodation matches the photos of the listing and is very well located with a parking space + parking nearby.

An ideal place to meet with family and enjoy visiting Mont Saint Michel and Cancal. The house is spacious and well thought out to enjoy the place peacefully. Birds, hares and the crowing of the rooster on the terrace accompanied us to breakfast on the terrace. And a big thank you to Sophie for allowing us to travel with our four-legged friends.

Excellent stay, the mobile home is very well equipped and of good quality in a peaceful residence, many activities are available. The indoor and heated pool is a big plus, as well as the proximity to the beach! Very refreshing for my 4-year-old son and myself, the disconnection was total. We'll be back ☺️

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

The cottage offered by Sophie is a real little corner of paradise! The exterior is great with its large well-equipped terrace with the large table, the seating area and the sunbathing. The pergola is a real plus to be able to enjoy when it is cooler or too hot! The small lounge area in the sand is also nice and it's great for children! The interior of the cottage is very beautiful, modern and carefully decorated. It is very well equipped and there is everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom and also small games for the children in the bedroom and beach games outside and it's a good idea! In addition, the big positive point is the large indoor and heated pool next to the cottage that the children loved and adults!! Also everything is within walking distance, the beach and shops. Everything is designed to ensure a good stay! Thanks to Sophie for her responsiveness, kindness and little touches! We recommend it 100%!

Gaelle and her husband were wonderful hosts. They are very friendly and had tips regarding excursions, restaurants, etc. The apartment is furnished with lovingly selected details and has a large garden to relax in. It is located directly by the sea, with a view of Mont St Michel. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation and Gaelle as a landlady at any time.

A very nice brand new and welcoming Airbnb. All rooms are nice. Decor is thoughtful. The view from the deck is superb. Only a low-traffic road separates the view from the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. Granville is 20 minutes' drive, Saint Paire sur Mer 15 minutes' walk. There is a beautiful hiking trail that passes just below the house. Christian is a perfect host.

Clean, functional and tastefully decorated Airbnb. It matches the photos with quality bedding. Top location just at the entrance to the city centre. Easy access accommodation and no worries for parking. The accommodation is located in a small street where we found a place right in front, otherwise you have a car park just downstairs. Geneviève is an available, responsive and accommodating host. Small downside for people sensitive to noise, the accommodation is in an old house, if the neighbours are noisy you can hear them. Apart from that, we recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to book it again if we return to Granville.

A hidden gem! A hidden diamond! The apartment is complete , cozy, cozy and very clean (my girlfriend is very attached to this point and she was delighted)! The place does not pay mine in the parking lot but the apartment is naughty and the area is beautiful. Going to the edge of Champeaux the sunset with the bay and Mont Saint Michel is one of the best views of my life! Sarah and the co-hosts were very kind, thoughtful and responsive! The apartment is 30min from Mont Saint Michel and 1 hour from Saint Malo! But the area is well worth a visit for great walks in nature! Anyway, don't hesitate! There is a convenience store in the village that has everything you need for a short stay , see a long one. *Just a small personal point apart, we do not recommend the restaurant right in front of the apartment, hygiene seemed, at least the day we came, not to be a priority!

The environment is very suitable for those seeking relaxation. Annick was always very warm and present without being intrusive. She is always available and helpful. With her friendly manner, communication was very easy, even though we don't speak French. The apartment contains all the amenities you could need. A small gift basket was even waiting for us as a welcome. We felt very comfortable and would be very happy to come a third time.
