Notre studio de 30m² propose un lit suspendu et une terrasse avec jacuzzi privatif accessible toute l'année, sans vis à vis dont vous pourrez profiter en toute intimité Cette chambre douillette et chaleureuse sera idéale pour passer une nuit romantique ou pour une pause détente dans une déco très personnelle et originale. Le jacuzzi peut être couvert en cas de pluie. 10% à partir de la 2ème nuit 25% pour 1 semaine

Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

T2 lumineux sans vis à vis avec terrasse de 20 m² dans la résidence. Proche du centre historique, en face du CREPS, un arrêt de bus se trouve au bas de l'immeuble, une station de vélo en accès libre et un arrêt de tram à quelques minutes à pied. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la résidence. Il y a un lit à 2 places et un canapé fixe assez grand pour une personne de moins de 1m80, plutôt couchage d'appoint. Veuillez me contacter à l'avance si vous désirez une arrivée autonome.

Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. Il se situe au centre des plus beaux sites de l'Hérault et tout au long de l'année des manifestations culturelles ou sportives animent le territoire, les féeries d'Aniane en décembre, l'héraultaise cyclotourisme en avril... It is not possible to accommodate more than 2 people.
