Tout était parfait. Le studio est très beau et très fonctionnel (climatisé grâce aux murs en pierre) la terrasse est un plus. Virgile est un excellent hôte. Nous reviendrons. merci

Mes amis et moi avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison ressemble parfaitement aux photos et est situé dans un environnement calme et reposant. La vue sur le lac est magnifique. L’hôte est très réactif ce qui facilite grandement ma communication. Je recommande à 100%.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Magaly si è dimostrata un host molto cordiale, che ha risposto sempre immediatamente ai nostri messaggi. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto facilmente e corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative. Situato in posizione ideale per una sosta notturna prima di ripartire per l'Italia. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è anche un laghetto incantevole. Lo consigliamo sotto tutti i punti di vista.

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Le logement de Charles est top, correspond aux photos Charles est un hôte très accueillant. Depuis le balcon, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique Tout le nécessaire y est Je recommande Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Logement agréable et fonctionnel, rien ne manque. Emplacement pratique et assez calme pour de l'urbain. Isabelle a su être reactive et à l'écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Sebastian's apartment is in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the view of the lake whilst sitting on the terrace or looking out of my bedroom window. The apartment is self contained and it was lovely to have my own space to cook my evening meal and prepare for the next day. The bed was comforable and the room a good temerature, in spite of the warm weather. I had everything I needed and would love to return there.

Had a very nice stay. Spectacular and idyllic landscape. Appartement very well equipped, especially when travelling with small children. A bed, a chair, cups, toys, everything was there. We didnt know that we were supposed to bring towels though, but received some anyways. Very friendly owners, happily showing our children their animals and letting the feed them.

Très agréable, environnement très calme

Séjour de 2 nuits: Je recommande le studio d'Alain, très lumineux, belle vue sur la montagne et aussi sur le parking aérien, grand studio avec tous le nécessaire (linge de lit, cafés, internet). Le plus: un garage fermé en sous sol, pour petit véhicule type 208. Situé en centre ville, tout se fait à pieds. Seul bémol, la résidence qui est construite en pente, du coup le rdc n'est pas le rdc mais le moins 1, donc pour se repérer du sous sol à la sortie c'est compliqué. Je n'ai pas rencontré Alain (arrivée autonome) mais dès que j'avais une question, il répondait très rapidement par SMS ou appel.

Magnifique petit pieds à terre pour visutre la région, mais un peu éloigné du centre pour y aller à pieds. Trés bonne communication avec Marie Claire si ce n'ai un peu rigide sur les horaires de départ... mais je le recommande !

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

Un super jolie et spacieux appartement dans une magnifique ville ou il y a une super ambiance ! Véronique est une hôte très aimable et discrète ! Nous avons passer un super bon séjour nous n hésiterons pas à revenir l année prochaine ! Nous recommandons fortement !merci à vous !

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

La casa es mejor incluso que en las fotos. Un jardín y terraza muy grandes. todo muy limpio, moderno y práctico. Una casa muy bonita.
