Muriel was always easy to reach. Muriel was personally present at check-in. She was very friendly, even spoke German and explained everything to us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift). Super nice apartment (with lots of old wood) and lots of attention to detail. Ideal for 5 adults and a toddler, especially since there are two bathrooms. In addition, 2 parking spaces were available.

Nothing to complain about the property. Melody was very available for explanations and fair to make sure everything was as simple as possible. Thank you for the coffee capsules prepared for a warm welcome.

Ideal accommodation 5 minutes from the center of Chambéry and in a beautiful environment. Super easy arrival thanks to the directions from Florence who welcomed us super kindly and gave us plenty of valuable information and small essentials (coffee, garbage bag, dishwasher tablet...). The accommodation is perfectly equipped to be able to do everything like at home (kitchen, barbecue, reading in the garden)... the bedding is great (not easy in France to find real beds of 1m60 with mattresses and toppers... luxury:-) The proximity to the VRU is an asset to be able to move easily but only small downside, you can hear the purring of traffic at night when you sleep with the window open. Closed windows, it's perfectly soundproofed and the rooms are cool so that didn't stop us from sleeping like babies. For sure, we keep this small address very precious for our future stays. We had a great time at Sandra's place. Her home is wonderful, very warm and nicely decorated, well equipped, we had all that we needed. Sandra was very responsive, she gave us informations about the surroundings. The location is good, just 15 minutes from Chambery and close to ski resorts like Felcaz, Aillon Margeriaz (30-40 min away by car). All in all it was a great experience. Thanks Sandra for making our stay wonderful.

We stayed as a family for a week at the end of May. The accommodation is as described, very clean and well-equipped. It offers a magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains from its private terrace. The place is peaceful, however the accommodation is quite far from the cities and supermarkets (+/- 30min), there is a supermarket at the station but it was not open at the beginning of the stay. Hosts are welcoming, responsive, and available. We highly recommend this listing.

We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

We had a great couple of nights in Chambéry. The apartment was spacious and close to town which was perfect! The instructions for accessing the parking and apartment were easy to follow.

We were warmly welcomed in person — which is so much nicer and more human than a simple lockbox. The apartment is perfectly functional, clean and well-equipped: everything you need is there, including small touches like coffee, which we enjoyed very much. Our hosts were very kind and available, and we especially thank them for allowing us to leave our vehicle at home even after returning the space.

I had a great time in this small studio. Frank is a very kind host, he saved me with his call because due to the SFR outage I didn't have access to the app. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We are really delighted with this apartment!! Everything was beautiful in terms of decoration, a similar service to the hotel with bathrobes, slippers, disposable toothbrushes, shower gel etc. There are small touches on our arrival that are nice. The cleanliness of the property is very appreciable. The little extra: the baby kit as a supplement with quality equipment. I will gladly return to this accommodation on my next visit. Very good choice of accommodation if you want to go on vacation / WE in Aix-les-Bains! Accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city center and all the shops, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Ability to park quite easily on the street.

We had a great weekend at Solange's! The studio is comfortable and the exteriors are beautiful! We recommend!

Super - Super Airbnb location - I can state this is by far the best location I ever stayed in an Airbnb. Very modern apartment will all the amenities a guest needs, Easy parking. Very quiet area. The managers were extremely gracious and very helpful. Loved the apartment and all the modern appliances. I rate this place better than a Michelin Star. 10 Stars.

We only stayed one night, but if the opportunity arises we will come back to Florence!

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need to have a beautiful stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

Had a very nice stay. Spectacular and idyllic landscape. Appartement very well equipped, especially when travelling with small children. A bed, a chair, cups, toys, everything was there. We didnt know that we were supposed to bring towels though, but received some anyways. Very friendly owners, happily showing our children their animals and letting the feed them.
