Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. This family cottage has all the charm of mountain accommodation while offering beautiful modern amenities. It is a new construction from 2018 of more than 80 m² on land of 600 m² at an altitude of 1290 m.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
