Alone, with family or friends, for 1 night only or a longer stay, Au 17 is an ideal base to enjoy all the activities that the Murat countryside offers. Upper part of an old house renovated as a duplex. Living/dining room and kitchen on the 1st level with TV and pellet stove. Upstairs, cozy bedroom with 3 single beds including 1 in mezzanine and 1 bed 140. Comfortable sofa bed available in the sitting area. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Country house on the Aubrac

This detached house dates from the 19th century, it has been renovated but retains its character and the original layout of the rooms. It is surrounded by a large enclosed garden. Bedroom number 2 has a balcony and views of the Cantal Mountains. Our accommodation is located about 10 minutes from the village of Chaudes-Aigues where there are all types of shops as well as the spa and thermal bathing.
