This family cottage has all the charm of mountain accommodation while offering beautiful modern amenities. Very bright, with large openings that offer stunning views of the Cère valley, Plomb du Cantal and Puy Griou. It is a new construction from 2018 of more than 80 m² on land of 600 m² at an altitude of 1290 m.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
