Super séjour ! Les hôtes sont très sympas et accueillants. Le logement est propre, confortable et bien équipé, exactement comme décrit. Très bien situé, avec plusieurs villes sympas à proximité pour les visites.

Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf bij Dominique. De omgeving is prachtig, rustig en charmant. De gîte heeft een authentieke stijl, was zeer goed onderhouden en erg goed voorzien. Ons dochtertje (1,5 jaar) was een grote fan van de geitjes en schaapjes op het domein. Supermarkten, stadjes, marktjes, wandelingen,… alles is zeer dichtbij. Absoluut een aanrader!

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

Nous avons été accueilli par Didier un soir. C’était chaleureux et attentionné car il nous a acheté un « kit de survi » pour le petit déjeuner et nous a recommandé les endroits d’exception à visiter…cette région est un vrai coup de cœur. Le gîte est top, on s’y sent chez nous très vite avec la pièce à vivre spacieuse et sa superbe cheminée, la literie confortable, ainsi que le jacuzzi qui a servi tous les jours. L’extérieur est incroyable, c’est au milieu de la verdure au calme, où les grillons accompagnent nos journées et nos soirées. Le gîte est équipé pour les enfants…jouets, livres, vélos, balançoires et toboggans. À deux pas du château de Bonaguil, il est facile de profiter d’un des plus beaux châteaux de la région ainsi que du restaurant en bas. Didier, un grand merci pour cette semaine, c’était parfait !

Un grand merci à Cathy pour sa réactivité avec notre demande de réservation au dernier moment. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec des instructions claires et toutes les informations sur les activités à faire dans la région qui est magnifique. Notre séjour a été super, le logement est très joli et fonctionnel avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Nous avions même ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner à disposition. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus avec une superbe vue. Une adresse à retenir !

Wer eine ruhige Oase im Grünen sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Die Aussicht ist herrlich, der Sonnenuntergang ein Traum. Das Baumhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche sind die wichtigsten Utensilien vorhanden, damit man gut zu Hause kochen kann. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es unzählige kleine beschauliche Dörfer, welche zu den schönsten Orten Frankreichs zählen. In der Vorsaison sind einige Aktivitäten, wie z.B. Kanufahren, meist noch nicht offen, was uns nicht störte, da wir uns vor allem aufs Wandern und Ausruhen konzentrierten. Anne ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - bei Fragen war sie schnell erreichbar und kam wenn nötig kurz vorbei. Gerne wieder :-)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Sue à la Tour du Faur. Idéalement situé pour visiter la vallée du Lot, le logement permet également de se reposer et de profiter de la piscine en cas de forte chaleur. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille avec beaucoup d équipements à disposition pour les enfants

Exceptionnel !! Tout était absolument parfait, le lieu est magnifique et très bien décoré. Gilles et Nicole sont extrêmement gentils et nous ont très bien accueillis dans leur havre de paix. Nous avons également pu profiter du jacuzzi, de la piscine chauffée et du petit potager dans leur jardin. Le petit déjeuner proposé en option était également délicieux. Ces quelques jours dans leur gîte ont été une vraie parenthèse enchantée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et en partie grâce a l'emplacement du logement, direct dans le quartier historique, parking a proximité, jardin public à deux pas idéal pour le chien, grand choix de restaurant ,simple pour sortir et visiter autour de Sarlat. Dans l'appartement tout y est , très fonctionnel

Awesome location, quiet and calm with a private pool. We loved it! Very friendly host Hugette. Closeby (5 min drive) you have a supermarket and local shops. Plenty of Nice sight seringen within a 30-40 drive. We can definately recommend it ❤️ Don’t forget to bring your essentials with you, in comparison with other Airbnb’s there’s a minimum to get up and running. We’ve left some coffee, dishwasher tabs, cooking oil, vinegar, pasta and rice for next guests. I hope this helps :)

On a passé un super séjour en famille dans ce gîte plein de charme pour le week-endde l'ascension. C’est une ancienne forge en pierre ( qui garde la fraîcheur) avec de superbes portes en bois, des meubles magnifiques, un escalier superbe… tout est resté authentique, avec beaucoup de goût. On était sept adultes et deux bébés, et franchement, tout était très bien pensé pour que chacun se sente à l’aise. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, rien ne manque. La literie au top. La communication avec Eustacia super ! Le petit jardin est adorable et paisible, la piscine était vraiment agréable, et le cadre… magique. La vue, le calme, le village (et ce resto à une minute à pied, trop pratique !), tout était parfait. On s’est sentis super bien dès le début. On recommande les yeux fermés !

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Delphine et Nathalie nous ont proposé un beau logement, propre et bien aménagé. Les équipements sont largement suffisants pour un séjour de vacances entre amis ou en famille. Nos deux hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse et parfaitement à l'écoute du moindre petit problème. Nous avons passé un super séjour chez elles, à recommander sans hésiter !

The house is spacious, clean and comfortable in a peaceful country side location. There are plenty of beatiful villages and natural spots nearby with less than 1 hour driving. Amelie is a great host who welcomed us warmly and recommended a few nice places to visit.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

We loved our month in Jamblusse, beautiful little village with a big church bell. The home has everything you need - multiple spaces to hang out, cook, dine, draw, play games etc. Our 2 year old son was in absolute heaven. Beautiful natural pool and lovely wood burner for cooler evenings. We’d highly recommend it for a break away.

Isabelle has been the most amazing host ever! She was amazing when we arrived and continued to check up on us and offer recommendations. When we needed help with something she was always there for aid and recommendations. She also saved us when the train strike cancelled our train be getting a driver to take us to Toulouse. The house was pristine and absolutely beautiful as well as the surroundings.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le logement proposé par Laurent. Le bâtiment est magnifique, le logement est spacieux et très agréable. Les extérieurs sont très grands et vraiment adaptés pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous avons profité de la zone de jeux pour enfant ainsi que de la piscine. Laurent est un hôte très accueillant et très réactif quand on le sollicite. Si vous rechercher un très beau logement au calme, n'hésitez pas.

Super maison et super hôte! Séjour en famille, maison avec tout le confort, jardin paisible et piscine, le tout sans aucun vis à vis! Très calme, On se croirait au milieu de nulle part et pourtant bcp de visites à faire dans la région, recommandées d’ailleurs par l hôte et jamais déçus! Encore merci à Théodora pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, ses recommandations et sa maison magnifique!

A lovely peaceful place to relax. The house is very cosy and has a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pool is nice and large, and along with and the many other leisure facilities very well looked after. Alan and Fanny were very friendly and gave us some good tips on places to visit. It's a very short walk into the village where the Forge restaurant is well worth a visit.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

Souriante et positive, Alexandra nous a reçus avec chaleur et bienveillance. Durant notre séjour, son souci du bien-être de ses hôtes n'a eu d'égal que son élégante discrétion. L'hébergement, fonctionnel et très propre, correspondait parfaitement à la description du site. Il a répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine au sein d'une nature généreuse emplie des chants d' oiseaux et des stridulations des grillons. Quel lieu calme et reposant ! Et que dire de la douceur des fins de jour en terrasse, à l'ombre du tilleul ! Nous avons, par ailleurs, amplement profité de l'accueillante piscine à l'entretien irréprochable. Vous l'aurez compris, si vous recherchez un havre de paix proche des innombrables sources de culture et de détente proposées par le Périgord noir, vous êtes à la bonne adresse.
