Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city centre of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. We had a great stay in the apartment offered by Emmanuel and Marie. The check-in instructions are clear and the key box makes it easy to access the rental quickly. Emmanuel and Marie are very friendly, attentive and their presence at the delicatessen, located on the ground floor, allows a very appreciable direct contact. The apartment is well located, functional, well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated, and is conducive to a relaxing holiday. You can easily park your vehicle in the two nearby car parks. Port, beach, shops are within walking distance. Cotentin charms us every time we visit and we will be happy to come back.

Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also to the historical sites of the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the view of the harbour and beach is exceptional. We are very happy with our week-long stay here!

Very good stay with Camille. The apartment is very beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including the cot and high chair). The street and the building are quiet, and communication with Camille was very smooth. We would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Great location and the place was very clean.

This beautiful house is highly recommended. First of all, due to the beautiful location with beautiful views on two floors (living room and bedroom) that you can't get enough of. But especially because of the peace and quiet, while all the comforts such as supermarkets and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. However, the most important thing was the hospitality: Anne-Francoise and Adeline made for an unforgettable experience! Ps note: there is no television. The internet is also not really fast. For us, no problem at all.

Oh what a wonderful place for a large group. Communication with host Michael was very good both by email and in person, his English was far better than our French. The accommodation was majestic and everywhere was clean. We were a group of 12 seniors, and although a rural location was central to all the D day celebrations with the furthest beaches only 25 miles away. We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

We had a good stay in Barneville! The accommodation is completely in line with the description and photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome guests, the games room and the pool are very nice (we enjoyed the pool with young children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

The place was true to the photos, close to the sea while being in a peaceful neighborhood. Due to a constraint on our organization we shifted our arrival schedule and Mathilde quickly adapted to us. The house is really warm, comfortable and very well decorated. We'll be happy to go back. The little extra: the little gourmet gift for the welcome. I sincerely recommend this house for a stay for both the place and the host!

Very responsive and caring hosts. The property is on a busy road but well insulated so not noisy inside. Easy to walk in to town for restaurants and to get around the rest of the island.

We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

The place was nice, very clean and comfortable. The only trouble was locating it, there were no pictures of the outside and building did not look like a private residence. The check in instructions were on the app so I didn’t know to look for an additional email. But some came right out to assist us

Very nice accommodation, well located, 3-4'walk to shops and 20' walk to the beach. Excellent communication with Claire during the stay. Accommodation where dogs are allowed (even if mine did not come in the end) which I greatly appreciated. The ping pong table was a real plus for teenagers. The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped for my taste (pots, teapot, etc.), but it is easy to improve. We'll probably be back

Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.
