Modern, 4 Bedroom contemporary property situated within easy reach of many of the popular beautiful beaches on the North Cornish Coast between Padstow and Mawgan Porth. Ideal for the guest wishing to explore areas such as Newquay, Mawgan Porth, Padstow and the popular camal trail. Merlin Golf course is closely situated and a local store for general groceries and wines. Buses are available to travel in to Newquay or Padstow if you wanted to enjoy the scenic journey and leave the car at home!

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Buttercup. Vintage feel Caravan. St Eval.

Cute little caravan, sleeps 2 with the option of popping a few little ones on the sofa seats. Situated on a quiet caravan site on a farm on the outskirts of ST EVAL. Buttercup is old and wonky and has limited facilities but has a lovely feel to it. There is a lovely outside grassy area for enjoying the morning sun, a fire pit/BBQ and outside seating area. On a small site with NO facilities so if you are after entertainment and manicured grounds this probably isn't the place for you.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Bill's Barn, A Cornish Cottage for 2, Dog friendly

COSY COTTAGE FOR 2 AND A DOG NEAR PERRANPORTH WITH A LOG FIRE. RURAL RETREAT AND WALKS TO BEACH This cottage has many delightful features including a pretty log burner, a cosy bedroom and a kitchen. There is a shower in the upstairs bedroom. It also has an enclosed garden which is shared with our other one bedroom cottage, and parking space. Electricity, linen, towels and Wifi are included in the rental cost. There is a £30 pet fee per stay (max 2).
