A totally renovated apartment in AURON, with mountain-style furniture, at the ground flour of a charming family chalet. Private parking in front of the apartment. Terrace , barbecue. Ideal place for holidays with friends or families with children. During winter you can go by feet to the ski tow (250 m) that takes you directly on the ski slopes. Please note that during the winter we rent the apartment for a minimum stay of a week, especially during the holidays.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Access this atypical place by a hiking trail from the village of Saint Étienne de Tinée (climb of 10 minutes/500 m/50 m elevation gain). Once you arrive, take full advantage of this haven of peace: South-facing, views of the village and the mountains, terrace with outdoor dining area, 5000 m2 of land, wood stove - this old barn from 1770 has been renovated with all comforts. The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!

Return possible on skis in case of very good snow.
